Meta AI business assistant goes global 🤖

Meta is expanding its AI business assistant (launched in the US for small businesses in October 2025) to advertisers and agencies of all sizes worldwide. The tool lives directly within Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and Business Support Home. Think of it as an AI assistant you can ask anything: from setting up a new ad campaign and scheduling posts to troubleshooting payment issues, all in plain language. Beta results show a 20% higher issue resolution rate and a 12% decrease in ad cost per result.

Setting up Meta Pixel & Conversions API has never been this easy ⚡

Haven’t installed your Meta Pixel yet? Meta just removed every reason to wait. A new AI-powered Pixel setup and one-click Conversions API mean any business can get live in minutes, no coding, no costs, no developer needed. The Pixel tracks what visitors do on your site after seeing your ad, and the Conversions API makes that data even more reliable. Businesses running both saw a 17.8% lower cost per result.

Meta is redefining content measurement 📊

Meta is renaming the “Engagement” metric to “Interactions” across its apps, and it’s more than just a label change. Reach, Impressions, and Engagement are being replaced with Viewers, Views, and Interactions. The new Interactions metric excludes clicks, meaning likes, comments, shares, and saves still count, but click-based actions no longer do. Numbers may look lower as a result, but that doesn’t mean content is performing worse.

LinkedIn’s AI now does the people-hunting for you 👀

LinkedIn launched AI-powered people search for Premium members last fall, and is now rolling it out to all US members. Instead of exact keywords, users can search in plain language, the way you’d describe someone out loud. The platform reads the intent behind your search and surfaces relevant profiles, complete with AI-generated summaries explaining why someone might be a good fit based on shared experience or background.
